Ladouceur and Ladouceur, LLC offers a wide array of legal services to our clients. Our attorneys are Board Certified by the Louisiana Board of Legal Specialization in the areas of estate planning and administration and family law.

Both Lindsey and Ray Ladouceur have been named as a Louisiana Super Lawyer for over 10 years.

History

Lindsey Ladouceur is primarily a family law practitioner and a qualified family law mediator.  She has handled almost every aspect of family law, including adoptions, alimony, child support, custody, divorce, property partitions, and qualified domestic relations orders.  She has served as a special master in family law disputes.  Lindsey is also a collaborative divorce practitioner and encourages client’s to consider the collaborative process in lieu of traditional litigation. Lindsey has also handled personal injury and medical malpractice claims, including Medicare set aside accounts.

Ray Ladouceur’ s practice is devoted primarily to estate planning, Wills, trusts, succession administration, taxation, business law and contracts.  He has represented clients in federal and state courts on a variety of matters and has served as a court-appointed dative executor and trustee.  Ray also offers tax compliance services through his CPA firm, Raymond P. Ladouceur, CPA, LLC.

Both Lindsey and Ray have achieved the highest rating for legal ability (AV) from Martindale Hubbell.  Ray is a frequent lecturer at legal and accounting seminars and conferences sponsored by, among others, the Louisiana State Bar Association and the Society of Louisiana CPAs.
